Job description

 

I'm specialized in working with microscopes, taking photos and their digital processing and evaluation.

 

Operated instruments and equipment

 

Inverted microscope Axio observer, Confocal, Laminar box, Zen program, Fiji.

 

Work experience

  • 2012-2014   Internship in the academic laboratory at the Department of Parasitology - led by RNDr. Jan Ženka, CSc., in the laboratory of Ting. Martin Kvac, Ph.D. in cooperation with the hospital ČB and MUDr. Katarina                                        Lukacova. 
  • 2008-2011   Internship in the academic laboratory at the Entomological Department - under the guidance of doc. RNDr. Ivan Gelbič, CSc.
  • 2013             Universität Wien- Masterstudium in Erasmus Modul
  • 2013             Clinical laboratory practice in the hospital in České Budějovice - Department of Clinical Biochemistry - blood preparation for biochemical analysis, work with analyzers
