BSc and MSc Projects

We are looking for BSc or MSc students interested in biochemistry/molecular biology. As a spectrum of projects is running currently in the lab, the BSc/MSc work can be 'designed' according to student's interest.  We can offer a training in genetic manipulation of cyanobacteria, in purification of (pigment)-protein complexes, analysis of protein interactions (2D gels/blots, mass-spectrometry), analysis of membrane-protein complexes, and various chromatographic techniques (HPLC, FPLC). Please contact komenda(at)alga.cz for details.
